To start editing a Palette you can either hold down ⌥ (option key) and click the Palette or double click the text. Do this will reveal all the Palette handlers within the Palette. See example below:

  • To change a handler settings, you click click the edit icon that you will see to the right of the handler, if the handler does not so an edit icon that means its setting are not adjustable from the Palette handler.
  • To remove a Palette handler, you need to click on it so that it becomes highlighted, then press ⌘⌫ (command and backspace keys) on your keyboard at the same time.
Delete

Note: The actual Palette must be selected for you to be able to delete individual handlers (you do this by clicking the menu bar of the Palette).

  • You can click and drag the individual Palette handlers to change the order in which the items are run.
  • You can add more Palette handlers to your action when it is open like above, the advantage of this is that you can place them in the desired position in the order of execution, rather than the newest handler appearing at the bottom.
