Applying crop marks to your print in the Layout Window

Preparing prints to be cut with a trimming machine

Crop marks can be automatically added to your colourway objects in the Layout Window, aiding accurate cutting.

To add these to a selected colourway, go to Layout Menu > Make Crop Marks.

Your active colourway will now display small and discrete crop makes on each corner of your colourway. This is particularly helpful when printing designs with white or pale backgrounds.

Delete

Note: Crop marks should be applied once the layout of your colourways is finalised as they will not resize with the colourway. If the size of a colourway needs to be changed after crop marks are applied, you should delete the colourway, then re-add it, make it the appropriate size, and then re-apply the crop marks.
