If you have your colour file set up in Colourbook mode, and it contains multiple pages, you can scroll through these using the arrow buttons highlighted in the snapshot below.

If you know the page number you want to go to, instead of scrolling through all the pages using the buttons mentioned above, you can double click on the page number indicator, highlighted in the snapshot below, and a window will appear where you can type in the page number you want to view.
