AVA incorporates Usage Statistics tracking. This allows us to see which features are being used regularly. Most importantly, this helps us to identify which areas of the software would benefit the most from future development, but it also lets us know which features are not used by our customers. 

Currently, this only tracks menu items and tasks, which are significant interactions with a file as such resizing a layer or applying a filter.  But a task like adding a layer is not recorded. By default this option is turned off.

You can turn this on in the Feedback Settings , and we strongly recommend you do. By turning this preference on, you will be helping us to develop the software in the areas which are used the most.  It is important to note that if you do switch this on, you are completely anonymised, meaning we cannot identify who in particular is using any given area of the software.
