Productivity Manager is a data management software module, which can get data from the AVA CAD systems, the AVA Digital Print RIPs and be monitored via a secure Web Browser.  

Productivity Manager collates and reports a wealth of searchable critical data, such as:

• total production by department and by individual printer

• total metres printed by job, by time period (subject to printer model)

• total ink costing and ink costing by job

• the printer and software settings used to produce each job

• information about which profile was used when printing, the date and all vital colour matching data of the profile.

• it even records the temperature of the room when each job was printed (subject to compatible temperature gauge).

Importantly, it helps the designer and the operator reproduce the jobs accurately, reduce errors and should repeat orders be requested in the future.
