To ensure fluidity through the whole calibration and printing workflow, the media list should be kept up to date with all media widths which are relevant. Depending on the printer model, the media list will be populated already with commonly used or printer installed sizes. 

Accessing the Media List for a Printer 

1. In the RIP, right click on the Printer and choose 'Edit Media Sizes'.
   
    

 Adding / Removing a Media Size

1. Click and highlight an existing media 
2. Click the + button bottom left of the window 
   
3. Adjust the width and whether roll or sheet. The length is set to a default huge amount, however, this can be changed to a more accurate, representative amount (for media use tracking in app.printfactory.cloud). 
4. Name the new Media with a relevant description. 
5. Margins can also be added here if, for example, a finishing process requires 10mm clear space either side. 
6. Click 'OK' when all details entered. 
   
7. With the new size appearing in the list, click 'OK' to exit the editor.
