The Magnify Tool can be used to zoom a design, as well as various keyboard shortcuts. Alternatively, use one of the pre-defined zoom levels in the zoom box in the bottom left hand corner of Design Window, or enter your own.
Should you wish to zoom the Design Window to fit your screen, you can do so by selecting Fit To View from the View Menu. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut ⌘0.
Super Zoom
Within the AVA application you can zoom with super smooth effects, regardless of whether you are using a mouse or a scroll pad.
Zooming with a mouse
To zoom a design with a mouse, simply select the the Magnify Tool and click and drag up to zoom in, and click and drag down to zoom out.
Note: You must have Live zoom ticked in your General Settings for this to work.
Zooming using the scroll pad
You can use Apple’s gestures to scroll a design if you are using a scroll pad. To zoom out, use two fingers to pinch the scroll pad, and then reverse this action to zoom out.
