Service

With every new piece of AVA software purchased, you receive a one year warranty that entitles you to free upgrades and Technical Support. Once this period has expired you are given the opportunity to continue this service by taking out an AVA CAD Development Plan.

We have a friendly team of multilingual industry specialists that are available to help you by telephone between 06.00 and 24.00 GMT. As well as phoning you can also email for help at support@avacadcam.com. We encourage our customer to contact us in any event, ensuring continued productivity. Alternatively we can help remotely by connecting to your AVA station, allowing one to one interactive assistance often providing much quicker and accurate troubleshooting.

Training

Apple®computers and AVA software are designed to have a logical user interface. However, to get the very best from your system we recommend that all AVA users attend an AVA Advance Training Course before they start to use the software.  We also invite you to have a Refresher Course every couple of years so that you can stay up to date with new features and revise your workflow. We can provide one to one as well as group training and E-training.

There are a variety of training solutions and which one you choose depends on your needs.
